Atlanta-based Mansell Group Inc,. has acquired the e-mail marketing business of Premiere Global Services Inc. creating one of the world’s largest privately held e-mail marketing companies.
The acquisition will allow Mansell to offer services in French, German, Japanese, Spanish and English, according to a company news release. Premier Global Services is also based in Atlanta and operates in 24 countries, according to its Web site.
In addition to expanded language capabilities, Mansell Group’s acquisition of Premier’s e-mail marketing business also provides “a team of professionals experienced in supporting global accounts,” the news release said. The company did not disclose terms of the acquisition.
