Romil Bahl on Jan. 21 will become the new president and CEO of Atlanta-based recovery audit and business consulting firm PRG-Schultz International Inc.

Mr. Bahl joins PRG-Schultz after heading up global systems integration Infosys Consulting, a unit of publicly traded consulting and technology company Infosys Technology.

He succeeds Patrick Dills, who has served as interim president and CEO since James McMurry stepped down from those posts on Nov. 30, 2008, according to a news release.

The company has more than 1,000 employees in more than 30 countries, according to the company’s Web site.
