Doing Business With China: New Routes, New Directions
March 2, 2018 at 5:00 pm - 8:30 pm
Delta Airlines is expanding in Asia by bringing back it’s highly demanded direct flight between Atlanta and Shanghai starting in July 2018. The route will solidify the strong relationship between Georgia and China and will prove to be vital to the economic landscape for both cities. Hi-Rez Studios has joined together with Tencent and opened an office in Shenzhen, China, and other Atlanta based companies are following suit and looking for opportunities with China and Atlanta-based Chinese companies. 2018 is the year of the Earth Dog, who is loyal, communicative, serious, and responsible in work. His characteristic word is ACTION, so after consolidating his achievements and renewing his motivation, he accelerates his initiation towards all things! The new Delta flight is just one example of the Earth Dog in action, with the hopes of many more opportunities on the horizon for the future. Don’t miss this year’s annual Doing Business with China: New Routes, New Directions, moderated by John Ling of the Georgia Department of Economic Development and featuring keynote speaker Mary Waters, Deputy Commissioner of the Georgia Department of Economic Development and panelists from senior management and representatives from Delta, Hisense, Jushi and others to discuss the ever-growing partnerships between China, America, and the State of Georgia.
