Europe Day Luncheon: All Eyes on Germany

May 12, 2017 at 11:30 am - 2:00 pm

As prospects for a united Europe face increasing uncertainty with countries across the region pondering if Brexit is a model to follow or a recipe for disaster, the world looks to Germany as the natural leader in the region. But does Germany actually want to play this leading role in Europe? The 2017 Europe Day Luncheon:โ€All Eyes on Germanyโ€ will focus on future relations between the US and Germany, the impact of the refugee crises, the evolving criticisms of NATO, and how Chancellor Merkel is poised to address these issues.
