The Ruby Gala: Celebrating 40 Years of U.S.-China Relations. Special Appearance: Former U.S. President Jimmy Carter

The National Association of Chinese-Americans (NACA), in conjunction with The Carter Center, cordially invites you to attend The Ruby Gala celebration to mark the 40th Anniversary of the normalization of US-China relations.
The event will include a special appearance by former President Jimmy Carter, who presided over the normalization of relations between the U.S. and China in 1979. MSNBC and NBC News Anchor Richard Lui will serve as the evening’s emcee.
