Diplomacy & Diversity in the 21st Century Feat: Nadia Theodore

June 18, 2020 at 12:00 pm - 12:45 pm

More diverse leadership is needed in international affairs.
The face a nation portrays to the global community is done through diplomats. Studies have shown that a diverse workforce has a positive impact on the economy.
With such a diverse population how does Canada ensure a representative foreign affairs presence in the U.S. and the World?
Nadia Theodore breaks the bounds of traditional diplomacy working to move the needle in who we see in foreign affairs. While promoting U.S.-Canada trade and helping citizens in her consular district, she is leading diversity and inclusion in person and via social media.
Join for a joyous and raucous lunchtime chat with the Southeast representative of our closest ally and largest trading partner – Canada.
As a courtesy to our community, this program is OPEN TO ALL.
