Disaster Law & Policy: Global Perspectives Symposium

Join the GSU College of Law to celebrate the recent publication of The Cambridge Handbook of Disaster Law & Policy, edited by Professors John Travis Marshall, Ryan Rowberry, and Susan S. Kuo.

Expert panelists will provide a comprehensive overview of how laws and policies at every level – public and private – leave us vulnerable to major disaster events. They will also offer legal solutions that governments, non-profit organizations, businesses, and citizens can pursue to help make communities more resilient. This event will have an in-person and virtual option.

Note: 3 hours of continuing legal education (CLE) credit have been approved by the State Bar of Georgia’s Commission on Continuing Lawyer Competency for this event.
